Christmas log with spread dough

Ingredients

- 4 4 eggs
- 1 1 pots of NESTLÉ DESSERT spread
- 120 g 120 g sugar
- 120 g 120 g flour
- 100 ml 100 ml of liquid cream
- 100 g 100 g of chocolate NESTLÉ DESSERT Black
- 100 g 100 g of chocolate NESTLÉ DESSERT White
- 50 g 50 g of chopped and roasted hazelnuts
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of pralin
Method
- 1.Beat the eggs with the sugar with the drummer for 5 minutes. Add the flour gently and pour on a buttered and floured biscuit plate.
- 2.Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Remove and roll in a clean damp cloth.

- 5.Heat the cream and pour it on the broken dark chocolate into pieces. Put the buch on.
- 6.Cool for 1 hour. Paste the fir on the sides when serving. Add some pralin on top.
