Chocolate Christmas log and lace pancakes

Ingredients

- 300 g 300 g coconut oil
- 200 g 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g 200 g milk chocolate
- 200 g 200 g of toasted almonds
- 35 35 lace pancakes
- 1 1 tight coffee
- 10 cl 10 cl liquid cream
- 100 g 100 g dark chocolate
- 4 4 lace pancakes
- 1 1 handfuls of chocolate chips
Method
- 1.Melt the chocolates in a marie bath with coconut oil, mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- 2.Remove from heat, add almonds and coffee. Cover the film cake mould. Pour 1 cm of chocolate.
- 3.Cover with a layer of rubbish and then a 2cm layer of chocolate. Continue the operation to the edge of your mould. Book in a cool 5h (in the refrigerator).
- 4.Ice: Bring the cream to a boil. Then pour it on the chocolate.
- 5.Whisk to obtain a homogeneous and shiny texture. Demolish the log. Pour the icing and let it take 4 hours to cool.
- 6.Deco: Gently break the gavottes. Place the cakes and chocolate chips on top of the log.
