Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 0.5 l 0.5 l Soft vanilla ice
- 0.5 l 0.5 l Soft coffee ice
- 1 1 Dizaine of small meringues
- 1 1 spoon. Coffee Soluble coffee
Method
- 1.Emit the meringues.
- 2.Place the vanilla ice cream in a buch mould of about 1 litre. Dig slightly in cone shape and sprinkle with crumbled meringues.
- 3.Add the remaining ice on top and smooth to the spatula.
- 4.Put in the freezer until ready to serve.
- 5.Serve sprinkled with a soluble coffee veil with a small thin colander.
