Ice log in the heart of brownie

Ingredients

- 0.5 l 0.5 l Caramel
- 0.5 l 0.5 l Vanilla ice
- Brownie(s)
- 2 2 handle(s) Slashed almonds
- Liquid caramel
- 1 1 handle(s) Crushed hazelnut(s)
Method
- 1.Make the Nougatine as the base for the log: grill the almonds and hazelnuts and add the liquid caramel and remove from the fire, let cool.
- 2.In a cake mould put the caramel ice cream, scrape the brownies and cover with a layer of vanilla ice cream. Finish with a layer of cooled nougatine.
- 3.Put in the freezer for at least 3 hours. To demolish, soak the mould in hot water for a few moments.
