Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 2 2 backs of cod (fresh or frozen)
- 300 g 300 g peas (fresh shelled or frozen)
- 300 g 300 g broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 0.5 1⁄2 lemon(s) (juice)
- 1 c. à café 1 c. coffee aneth
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1.Cook broccoli, peas and fish with steam for 15 to 20 minutes. I'm using a steam cooker with 3 baskets: bottom broccoli, middle peas and top fish!
- 2.Once cooked, prepare the cream of peas: mix the cooked peas with the lemon juice + 1 tbsp. of the dill + 1 tbsp. of the olive oil + 2 tbsp. of the cooking water. Mix until smooth and creamy. You can keep a few unmixed peas for decoration and exercise fine baby motor.
- 3.Serve the fish with broccoli florets, dill pea cream and parsed peas.
- 4.From 4/6 months (smooth puree): Mix the desired amount of broccoli (about 100g) with cooking juice until a very smooth puree is obtained. Add 1 cc of oil (e.g. rapeseed).
- 5.From 6 months (heavy) mix about 100g of broccoli florets with 60g of pea cream. (Optional) Add 10g of finely chopped fish.
- 6.As early as 8/9 months (mouliné): with a knife, finely chop a few florets of broccoli (about 100g) and place them at the bottom of the verrine (or a water glass). Pour over about 80g of pea cream. Add 10g of crumbled fish. You can offer baby a few unmixed peas to try to catch them.
- 7.From 12 months, baby can eat like the big ones. Adapt the amounts to your baby's appetite, with 20g of fish between 1 and 2 years, and 30g between 2 and 3 years. Dressage depends on your baby and his age, whether he eats with cutlery, alone or not. You can put everything on the same plate, or use a compartment plate to separate the cream from peas (to eat with a spoon) from broccoli and fish (to eat with your fingers or fork).
