Banana cake by Laurent Mariotte

Ingredients
For 7 servings
- 150 g 150 g flour
- 125 g 125 g sugar
- 1 1/2 bags of yeast
- 2 2 eggs
- 3 3 bananas
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of rum
- 100 g 100 g butter

- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
Method
- 1.Mix sugar, salt, flour and yeast.
- 2.Melt butter in a saucepan.
- 3.Beat the eggs in an omelette. Crush two bananas with the fork into a salad bowl.
- 4.Mix all the ingredients to combine well and add rum.
- 5.Pour the dough into a buttered cake pan. Cut the last banana in half in length and place on top of the preparation.
- 6.Let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- 7.Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy warm.
