Surimi salted rings

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 8 8 sticks of Surimi Le Moelleux Fleury Michon
- 50 cl 50 cl milk
- 1 1 eggs
- 1 1 egg yolk
- 100 g 100 g flour
- 60 g 60 g butter
- 100 g 100 g gruyère
Method
- 1.Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- 2.Melt the butter by heating it with the milk.
- 3.Add the flour, the gruyère and then mix and add the eggs.
- 4.Chop the superimi sticks Le Moelleux Fleury Michon and add them to your preparation. Salt, pepper (and add herbs if you like!).
- 5.Pour the mixture into canned moulds and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
