Liquid Caramel (keeps without hardening)

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 500 g 500 g caster sugar
- 12.5 cl 12.5 cl water
Method
- 1.Put the vinegar + the sugar + 12.5 cl of water in a saucepan.
- 2.Heat over high heat for about 15 min.
- 3.When the caramel turns golden, lower the heat a little and add very, very, very slowly 25 cl of cold water (watch out for splashes).
- 4.Reheat for 1 min over high heat.
