Ingredients
For 10 servings
- 1.5 verre 1.5 glasses of crème fraîche, preferably thick
- 2 verre 2 glasses of sugar
Method
- 1.Heat the cream and the sugar in a saucepan.
- 2.Stir constantly for 30 to 40 min (the caramel should turn brown).
- 3.Once ready, quickly spread the caramel onto a well-greased tray.
- 4.Pre-cut the caramel with a knife so that it is easier to cut later.
- 5.Wait until the caramels are completely hard.
- 6.Lift off the caramel squares with a knife blade.
