- 2 2 garlic pod(s)
- 0.5 0.5 Lemon juice
- 20 g 20 g Olive oil
- Salt pepper mill
- 4 4 slice(s) Bread
Method
- 1.Bake eggplants
- 2.Preheat oven th.7 (210°C). Wash the eggplants, cut them in 2 in thickness and square the flesh with the tip of a knife. Season with salt, pepper and place on a baking sheet, face cut up. Bake for 30 minutes.
