- 400 ml 400 ml Whole liquid cream
- 40 g 40 g Ice sugar
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Insert the whip into the Thermomix bowl and pour the whole liquid cream. Run for 1 min 30 at speed 3.
- 3.Adding Ice Sugar
- 4.At the end of this time add the ice sugar and program 30 sec at speed 4.
- 5.Finish
- 6.Transfer the chantilly to a container and place in a cool place until the time of service.
