Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g flour T55
- 110 g 110 g butter
- 75 g 75 g of icing sugar
- 1 1 egg yolk

- 500 g 500 g of red fruit
- 60 g 60 g of almond powder
- 60 g 60 g of brown sugar
- 1 1 ginger shoots
- vanilla ice cream
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- 2.Cut the sanded dough in four and spread in a round; Book for 20 minutes.
- 3.Spoon the red fruits and add the sugar. Let cook for 10-12 minutes and drain.
- 4.Add the almond powder and grated ginger; Let it cool. Garnish the slices of sanded dough with a little fruit compote over half.
