Chicken chips and Savora sauce: the easy aperitif recipe

- 2 2 chicken white
- 1 sachet 1 sachet of soft purée
- 2 2 eggs
- olive oil
- white cheese
- mustard savora
- rocket
- chives
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Start by cutting chicken white into regular slats and season them generously with salt. Separate the yellow from the egg white and keep only the white. Beat it slightly in omelette - this trick will allow you to get crispier chips than with a whole egg. Dip each chicken slat into the beaten egg white, then pass it into the puree flakes spread on a plate. Make sure they are well coated on all sides. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken slats for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden and crispy. Drain them on absorbent paper. In a bowl, gently mix the white cheese, Savora mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper and chiselled chives. The mixture must remain smooth and tasty. Arrange seasoned arugula with olive oil and salt on your plate. Place the crispy chicken chips next door and serve with Savora sauce as an accompaniment for soaking.
