Method
- 1.Preparation of onion
- 2.Peel and slice the onion.
- 3.Seizure of onion at Cookeo
- 4.In the Cookeo tank, put sunflower oil, onion and brown for 2 minutes.
- 5.Adding ingredients and cooking under pressure
- 6.Add chopped meat, red beans, tomato juice, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and then cook for 7 minutes under pressure.
