Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 2 2 lamb chops
- 2 2 branches of celery
- 2 2 handles of pasta
- 1 1 handles of chickpeas
- 1 g 1 g of garlic
- 2 2 c. to s. of tomato concentrate
- 1 1 tc. of olive oil
- 1 1 Water
- 1 1 Sweet pepper or strong pepper
- 4 4 four spices
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
- 1 1 Pepper
Method
- 1.Cut the chops into small pieces. Crushing the clove of garlic. Heat in a fact-all with a little olive oil. Place garlic, meat, spices, tomato sauce. Mix and cover with about 1.5l of water.
- 2.Rinse and cut the celery into small pieces and put in the pan. Optional: Place chickpeas. Cook about 40-45 minutes over medium heat by monitoring and adding water if necessary.
- 3.After 45 minutes, the soup is almost ready. Only small pasta is missing: vermicelles, oats, leads, letters, shells... Let cook the time needed for pasta. Add water if necessary because the pasta will absorb a lot.
- 4.When the pasta is cooked, serve with a lemon fillet! Enjoy!
