Brussels cabbage with traditional bacon

Ingredients

- 2 kg 2 kg of frozen or fresh Brussels cabbage
- 2 l 2 l
- 1 verre 1 glasses of dry white wine
- 200 g 200 g smoked bacon
- 2 2 onion
- 10 cl 10 cl olive oil
- 1 1 Mill pepper
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
Method
- 1.Start by finely mince the onion into slats.
- 2.In a skillet, gently sauté the chopped onion with the bacon for about 10 minutes over low heat.
- 3.Stir the Brussels cabbages in the pan and mix well with the preparation.
- 4.Pour a small glass of white wine over the cabbages and let it reduce for a few moments.
- 5.Season to taste, add a little water, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve immediately to enjoy all the flavor of the dish!
