- 500 g 500 g Apricot(s)
- 250 ml 250 ml Milk
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 60 g 60 g Sugar
- 60 g 60 g Flour
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Cassonade
- 1 c. à café 1 cup coffee Extract of natural vanilla aroma
Method
- 1.Preparation of the clafout apparatus
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Meanwhile, prepare the clafout device. In a bowl, break the eggs. Beat them in omelette with the sugar powder. Gradually add the flour, then the warm milk and the natural vanilla flavour extract whisk. Mix until there are no more lumps.
- 3.Preparation of apricots
- 4.Butter a gratin dish. Wash the apricots, remove them, cut them and sprinkle them with brown sugar. Place them in the dish and pour over the clafout device.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Bake the clafoutis with apricots for 40 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar just before serving.
