- 100 g 100 g Flour
- 100 g 100 g Sugar
- 50 g 50 g Butter
- 2 2 bag(s) Vanilla sugar

- 2.Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.7), and as it warms up, prepare the clafouti in a bowl. First mix the eggs and sugar together vigorously (spoon or whisk), then incorporate the flour, then 35 g butter (ground), and the milk (at room temperature or warm, if cold). Mix well to get a smooth and smooth dough.

- 4.Wash and peel the strawberries, cut them in 2, and place them in a round mould (greased with the remaining butter). Pour the clafouti paste over the strawberries, sprinkle the top with the vanilla sugar, then cook for 20 to 30 min, and remove from the oven, when the top is golden.
