Festive cocktail with rum and chicken milk (Eggnog)

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 50 cl 50 cl Milk
- 50 g 50 g Red sugar
- 25 cl 25 cl Fresh cream
- 25 cl 25 cl Amber rum
- 4 Egg(s)
- 1 c. à café 1 c. Cinnamon
Method
- 1.Separate the white from the egg yolks. Whip the yolks with the sugar until the mixture is whitened and add the cream, milk and cinnamon. Mix well.
- 2.Mount the egg whites in snow and incorporate them in turn. Gradually add rum by mixing and let stand for 1 hour. Mix before serving.
