Method
- 1.Preparation of apricots
- 2.Remove the peduncle from the apricots. Wash them. Open them in half and undo them. Cut the apricot mumps into dice or small pieces about 1 cm wide.
- 3.Cooking
- 4.Put them in the steam basket and fill the tank up to level 3.
- 5.Mixing
- 6.At the end of cooking, keep the cooking juice. Place the cooked apricots in the Babycook® bowl, then mix them.
- 7.Adjustment
- 8.If necessary, add some cooking water and give some impulses until the desired consistency is obtained.
- 9.Cooling
- 10.Allow to cool before serving to baby or store the compote in a glass jar with a previously sterilized lid.
