Apple red cabbage compote

- 0.5 0.5 red cabbage
- 2 2 apples
- 2 2 c. to s. of cider vinegar
- 2 2 c. to c. of sugar
- 1 verre 1 glasses of water
- 1 1 Olive oil
Method
- 1.Remove the heart and finely slice the red cabbage. In a casserole, sauté the chopped red cabbage in a little olive oil and let mix.
- 2.Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut into pieces. Add them to the casserole, stir. Add salt, sugar, wet with water and add vinegar.
- 3.Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Regularly check the water level and add it if necessary.
