Cookie peanut butter and chocolate

Ingredients

For 12 servings

• •200 g 200 g dark chocolate
• •2 c. à café 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate
• •1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of chemical yeast
• •2 2 eggs
• •140 g 140 g brown sugar
• •140 g 140 g butter
• •3 pincée 3 pinches of salt
• •80 g 80 g sugar
• •320 g 320 g flour
• •100 g 100 g peanut butter

Method

1. 1.Melt butter and add peanut butter and sugars. Beat vigorously.
2. 2.Add eggs and a few drops of vanilla extract.
3. 3.Add dry ingredients to the preparation and mix with a spatula.
4. 4.Stir the dark chocolate and add to the preparation.
5. 5.Bake 8 minutes in the preheated oven at 190°C.
