- 130 g 130 g Flour
- 130 g 130 g Black chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 10 cl 10 cl Light cream (liquid)
- 8 ml 8 ml Sweetener
- 1 c. à café 1 c. coffee chemical yeast
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.Using a whip, mix the egg, liquid sweetener and cream. Add flour and yeast and mix again.
- 5.Preparation of chocolate
- 6.Crunch the chocolate into small pieces with a knife and add it to the preparation.
- 7.Pastry work
- 8.Take some cookie dough, roll it into your hands so as to make small balls the size of a ping-pong ball. Place each ball on the oven grill covered with a sheet of sulphur paper
- 9.Cooking
- 10.Bake for 5 to 7 min: Cookies must be slightly golden and still soft. They will harden by cooling out of the oven.
