Cordon Bleu de Poisson au Saumon et Saumon Fumé

- 4 4 salmon cobbles
- 4 tranche 4 slices smoked salmon
- 100 g 100 g grated parmesan
- 100 g 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoon milk
- 2 2 eggs
- 2 2 lemon yellow
Method
- 1.Undress raw salmon with a pliers, then coat each poop with a slice of smoked salmon.
- 2.Beat the eggs with the milk on a plate. In another, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan.
- 3.Pass the cobblestones into the egg-milk mixture, then into the parmesan-chapelure panture until they are well covered.
