Homemade blue cord with chicken and melted cheese – easy recipe

- 8 tranche 8 slices of hamburger cheese
- 4 4 chicken fillets
- 4 tranche 4 slices of ham
- 1 1 egg
- 1 1 Hats

Method
- 1.Cut each chicken fillet in half in thickness without separating it completely, then flatten it gently with a baking roll.
- 2.Season the fillet, then have a slice of ham and two slices of cheese on half.
- 3.Fold the other half of the net to lock the filling.
- 4.Put the flour on a plate, beat an egg on another hollow plate, and pour the breadcrumbs into a third.
- 5.First pass the blue cords into the flour by shaking the excess.
- 6.Soak them in the beaten egg, then generously coat them with breadcrumbs, leaning slightly.
- 7.Cook in an oiled pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side until you get a nice golden color.
- 8.Finish cooking in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes so that the cheese melts completely inside.
