- 1 1 Dozen fruits of passion
- 40 g 40 g Sugar powder
- 10 cl 10 cl Orange juice
- 10 cl 10 cl Cold water
- 1 1 spoon. Coffee Potato starch
Method
- 1.Cut the fruits of passion in 2 and take the pulp with a spoon.
- 2.Put it in a saucepan with the sugar powder and pour the orange juice over it. Bring to a boil.
- 3.Dilute the potato starch in cold water. Add the mixture to the pan while whisking continuously.
- 4.Bring to a boil. At the first broths, let infuse for a few minutes and then cut the fire.
- 5.Filter the coulis with Chinese. Let cool and keep cool.
