  • 2 c. à soupe (30 ml) sweetened canned coconut cream, such as Coco López
  • 2 c. à soupe (30 ml) unsweetened canned coconut cream
  • 3 /4 cup ice (about 4 1/4 ounces; 120 g)
  • Pinch of salt

Method

    In a blender, combine cold brew concentrate, sweetened coconut cream, unsweetened coconut cream, ice, and salt. Pulse a few times to break the ice, then blend on high speed until a slushy consistency forms, 30 to 60 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
