Ingredients

- 1 /2 cup (120 ml) undiluted cold brew concentrate (see notes)
- 2 c. à soupe (30 ml) sweetened canned coconut cream, such as Coco López
- 2 c. à soupe (30 ml) unsweetened canned coconut cream
- 3 /4 cup ice (about 4 1/4 ounces; 120 g)
- Pinch of salt
Method
- 1.In a blender, combine cold brew concentrate, sweetened coconut cream, unsweetened coconut cream, ice, and salt. Pulse a few times to break the ice, then blend on high speed until a slushy consistency forms, 30 to 60 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
