Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 50 cl 50 cl whole liquid cream (30% fat)
- 3 3 tbsp caster sugar or granulated sugar
- 1 1 packet vanilla sugar
Method
- 1.In the bowl of your mixer (or a salad bowl), pour in the cream and whisk until it stiffens. Then gently incorporate the sugars, spoonful by spoonful.
- 2.Cover and keep refrigerated until use, but no more than 24 hours.
