Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 30 cl 30 cl liquid cream 30% MG
- 100 g 100 g nougat
- 30 g 30 g sugar
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon of agar-agar
Method
- 1.Melt the nougat in 20cl of cream. Once all the nougat is dissolved, add the agar-agar (1 teaspoon for a consistency of dessert cream, 2 teaspoons for a more firm consistency) then mix it all.
- 2.Let cool
- 3.Mount 10cl of cream in chantilly, then add spoon per spoon to the nougat cream.
- 4.Pour into small verrines and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
