Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 500 ml 500 ml milk
- 500 ml 500 ml cream 35%
- 1 g 1 g of split vanilla
- 6 6 egg yolks
- 150 g 150 g sugar
Method
- 1.Heat the milk and cream with the vanilla pod. Cover and let infuse 30 minutes.
- 2.Scratch the vanilla pod and set aside.
- 3.Blanch egg yolks with sugar, then add the milk by mixing well.
- 4.Put the mixture back in the pan and cook until it is very smooth.
- 5.Refrigerate the English cream until it is very cold, then pour into the sheath and turbine as directed by the manufacturer.
