Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 1 l 1 l milk
- 100 g 100 g flour
- 200 g 200 g sugar
- 4 4 egg yolks
- 1 gousse 1 vanilla pods
Method
- 1.Mix egg yolks with sugar. Whisk until the mixture whitens.
- 2.Add the flour and mix well with the sugar/egg mixture. Add 1/2 glass of milk to make the mixture more liquid.
- 3.Heat the milk. When the milk is lukewarm (after 3-4 min) add the egg/farin/sugar/milk mixture and the vanilla pod split and scratched with its seeds.
- 4.Whisk until boiling.
- 5.At that time, your cream will already be thick and you can stop cooking.
