Ingredients

- 25 cl 25 cl milk
- 1 1/4 vanilla pods
- 2 2 egg yolks
- 50 g 50 g sugar
- 25 g 25 g flour
Method
- 1.Heat the milk and vanilla to boil.
- 2.Beat egg yolks with pui sugar add flour.
- 3.Pour the boiling milk over the mixture while mixing well.
- 4.Put back in the pan on fire.
- 5.Stir thoroughly for 10 min. Remove after boiling.
