Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 50 cl 50 cl milk
- 2 2 eggs
- 30 g 30 g flour
- 80 g 80 g sugar
Method
- 1.Boil the milk with the chosen fragrance (vanilla or other).
- 2.Beat eggs and sugar, add flour.
- 3.Pour over the hot milk.
- 4.Return to low heat for thickening, stirring very carefully for 5 to 10 min.
- 5.Stop cooking from the first bubbling.
