Pastry cream without animal milk, no eggs, no wheat

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 40 cl 40 cl of rice milk
- 150 g 150 g of silky tofu
- 1 1/2 vanilla pods
- 80 g 80 g sugar
- 40 g 40 g of maizena
Method
- 1.Boil the milk with vanilla (provide a large saucepan!).
- 2.In a salad bowl, whisk the silky tofu with sugar, then add the maizena.
- 3.Pour the milk over the mixture, stirring well, put it back in the pan.
- 4.Heat over low heat, mixing well, until boiled, then extinguish.
