Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 50 cl 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
- 20 g 20 g flour
- 1 gousse 1 vanilla pods
- 50 g 50 g sugar
Method
- 1.Pour the milk into a saucepan, also put the vanilla pod as an infusion.
- 2.Put the saucepan on the gas and bring to a boil.
- 3.After boiling, out of the heat, pour the flour and sugar into the pan and put the pan over the heat and mix with a whisk until boiling.
