- 12 12 Shelled shrimp(s)
- 3 3 garlic pod(s)
- 50 g 50 g Persley
- 0.5 0.5 Lemon juice
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of parsley
- 2.Make the parsillade first. First peel and chop garlic cloves and then wash and chop parsley. In a bowl, mix them to get the parsley with the lemon juice.
- 3.Mixture with oil
- 4.Then add 1 tbsp. olive oil and mix well.
- 5.Cook shrimp
- 6.Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in an anti-adhesive pan over medium heat, and sauté the shrimps in to make them golden.
- 7.Adding persillade and service
- 8.Sprinkle with a hint of Cayenne pepper. Add the parsley and then sauté shrimp or gambas 2 or 3 times quickly. Serve your shrimp recipe immediately.
