Ingredients

- 330 g 330 g Flour
- 230 g 230 g Sugar
- 200 g 200 g Whole almond(s)
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Orange Flower
Method
- 1.Preparation of dough
- 2.First preheat the oven to 170 °C (th. 6). In a salad bowl, pour the flour and sugar powder. Dig a well in the centre and place the eggs and orange blossom. Mix well.

- 4.Add the almonds and mix again. You can knead the dough by hand to distribute the almonds well.
- 5.Pastry work
- 6.Stir your worksheet and place the crunch paste on it. Divide the dough into two equal parts and form 2 round bowls. Place them on a baking sheet covered with sulphurized paper.
- 7.Cooking
- 8.Bake for 30 minutes at 170°C. As soon as the oven is out, place the cooked bowls on a grill to cool. Increase the oven to 240 °C (th. 8). Cut the crunch immediately into slices and place it on the baking sheet. Bake them for 15 minutes to brown them well. Let them cool before tasting.
