Method
- 1.Preparation of maize
- 2.Drain corn.
- 3.Preparation
- 4.Cut the surimi sticks into small pieces.
- 5.Preparation of the shallot
- 6.Peel and mince the shallot finely.
- 7.Preparation of cucumber
- 8.Clean and cut the cucumber into half slices.
- 9.Cut
- 10.Cut the hard egg into quarters.
- 11.mixture
- 12.Mix the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a salad bowl.
- 13.Addition of ingredients
- 14.Add all other ingredients and mix well.
