- 500 g 500 g Rhubarb
- 125 g 125 g Soft butter
- 125 g 125 g Sugar powder
- 125 g 125 g Flour
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 3.Preparation of rhubarb
- 4.Wash and sew the stems of the rhubarb, then cut it into small sections and divide them into buttered ramekins.
- 5.Preparation of dough
- 6.Using your hands, mix flour, sugar and soft butter until you get a sandy dough. Emit it on sections of rhubarb in ramequins.

- 8.Bake for 40 minutes until the crumbles are golden. Let cool down before serving.
