vegan pumpkin crumble

Ingredients
For 5 servings
- 125 g 125 g oat flakes
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 1 fillets of olive oil
- 6 6 carrots
- 1 1 pumpkin
- 50 g 50 g of almond powder
- 1 1 onions
- 1 1 handles of hazelnuts
- 5 cl 5 cl of walnut oil
- 200 g 200 g chestnuts
Method
- 1.Mix chestnuts and add all other ingredients. Mix by hand until a compact ball is formed, then place in the cool to prepare the rest of the recipe.
- 2.Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Cook them in the pan with a fillet of olive oil for about ten minutes (they must be just melted). Add the soy sauce at the end of cooking.
- 3.Spread the vegetables in the bottom of a dish. Add the crumble paste to the top and spread well. Cook 30 minutes at 180°C.
