Method

- 2.Put your oven to preheat to 200°C (th. 7). Wash the rhubarb and cut it into sections. Wash the strawberries, pick them up and cut them into pieces.

- 4.In a bowl, put the flour, sugar and soft butter cut into pieces, and mix with the fingers until you get a kind of thick powder.

- 6.Take a gratin dish and spread the pieces of strawberries and rhubarb. Scatter your crumble powder over the fruit.
