- 8 8 Frog legs
- 1 gousse 1 Garlic foam
- 1 1 bouquet(s) Persley
- 1 1 hazelnut Butter
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp. Farine
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Frog legs thaw. For this, place them to soak in a mixture of milk and water. They will then defrost slowly, without damaging their flesh. Drain them thoroughly and dry them on absorbent paper. Arrange the thighs, making sure to remove the back with a knife.
- 3.Preparation of ingredients
- 4.Meanwhile, prepare garlic and parsley. Peel the clove of garlic, remove the germ. Rinse the parsley. Hit it very finely.
- 5.Adding flour
- 6.Pour the flour into a hollow plate. Roll the frog legs.
- 7.Stove cooking
- 8.Melt the butter in a pan and brown the thighs of floured frogs. Turn them gently to cook them on either side.
- 9.Addition of ingredients
- 10.At the end of cooking, add the hachis of garlic and parsley.
- 11.Finish
- 12.Let the frog legs come back to the pan for a few more minutes, to simmer with garlic and parsley.
