Mashed turnips and rutabagas

- 60 g 60 g Butter
- 3 Three spoons. Soup cream

Method
- 1.Peel the turnips and rutabagas, then cut them into small cubes to cook faster and evenly.
- 2.Steam the vegetable cubes for about 20 minutes until they are tender (check with a knife tip).
- 3.Crush the still hot vegetables with the fork (or with the puré press if you prefer a smoother texture). Then add the butter and cream, salt, pepper, and mix well until you get a smooth, smooth purée.
- 4.Divide the hot mashed potatoes into 6 cups or bowls and serve immediately.
