Potato delight rolled with raclette and ham

Ingredients

- 300 g 300 gr potatoes
- 200 g 200 gr Raclette de Savoie
- 3 tranche 3 slices ham white
- 3 3 eggs
- 1 1 onion
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.First peel the potatoes, then grat them finely in a large bowl.
- 2.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs in omelette. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- 3.Thin the onion finely, then mix it with grated potatoes and beaten eggs until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
- 4.Spread this mixture evenly in a silicone genoise plate. Take care to smooth the surface to have a regular thickness on the entire plate.
- 5.Bake at 180°C and cook for 30 minutes until the preparation is golden brown.
- 6.Once cooked, gently turn the plate over a sheet of sulfurized paper. Place slices of raclette on about two thirds of the surface.
- 7.Cover the cheese with the slices of ham, then roll it all with a light squeeze to form a nice compact roll.
- 8.Return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the raclette, and it is ready to taste!
