Delicious shrimp skewers marinated with Chinese sauce

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 16 16 shrimps (from the Escal brand for us)
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 g 1 g of garlic
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 c. à café 1 cc curry coffee
- 1 c. à café 1 cup of ground ginger
- 1 c. à café 1 tbsp. pepper coffee (sweet or strong depending on taste)
- Sesame seeds
Method
- 1.Start by finely chop the garlic clove, then mix it with oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper, curry and ginger. Then add the shrimp to this tasty mixture and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Once marinated, put the shrimp on the skewers and grill them for about 4 minutes on each side until they become golden and fragrant. Finally, pour the sesame seeds into a plate and roll each side of the skewers in to completely coat them. Your skewers are ready to be served!
