- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 0.25 tasse prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend
- 0.25 tasse olive oil
- 1 c. à soupe fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. à café lemon pepper
- 1 c. à café salt
- 1 c. à café chicken bouillon granules
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2.Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 3.Mix mustard-mayonnaise blend, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, and bouillon in a bowl; pour over chicken in the baking dish.
- 4.Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
