Ingredients

- 2 kg 2 kg Spinach(s)
- 40 g 40 g Butter
- 160 g 160 g Cream
- 1 1 pinch(s) Muscade
- Salt
Method
- 1.Take the spinach and sort it out, then wash it with plenty of water several times to remove the soil.
- 2.Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil and plunge the spinach into it, using a skimmer to immerse them. Let cook for 15 minutes and then drows and mince the spinach.
- 3.Melt butter in a hopper. Grab the spinach and dry it, then pour half the cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Simmer covered for 7 min.
- 4.Heat the rest of the cream separately. Place the spinach in a serving dish and water with the hot cream. Serve.
