- 45 g 45 gr butter
- 1 g 1 g of garlic
- 350 g 350 gr spinach shoots
- 3 3 eggs
- 80 g 80 gr fresh cream
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.In a skipper, brown the chopped garlic clove. Add washed and drained spinach. Bring back.
- 2.When spinach has reduced, add the cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3.When the cream thickens, break the eggs directly over spinach. Cover and cook for a few minutes.
- 4.When the egg white is well cooked, it's ready!
