Ingredients
For 4 servings
- a roll of laminated dough
- fresh goat cheese
- two slices of white ham
- two tablespoon(s) of mustard
- two handles of grated grated cheese
- two tablespoons of honey
- a handful of sage leaves
Method
- 1.Spread the laminated dough and cut into two parts.
- 2.On the first part, spread the mustard, sprinkle with pieces of ham and grated cheese. Roll the dough and garnish. Cut 1,5cm thick slices and place them on the oven plate.
- 3.Restart the operation with the rest of the dough, using the following topping: goat cheese, sage and honey.
- 4.Dine 20 minutes at 200° and serve as an aperitif.
